Arizona citizens will be free to carry concealed firearms without permission from government (permits). Governor Jan Brewer signed the 'constitutional carry' bill passed by the state legislature yesterday. Arizona becomes the third state with such a policy, after Vermont, which had it since a court ruling in 1903 and Alaska, which passed the law in 2003.
