I'm confused. Can someone clear up how the UN sends peacekeeping troops into places like Africa? Does the Secretary General just tell them to go? And with the UN protecting cultural heritage sites around the world. Does the UN flag fly at those places? Do you need a passport to get to Independence Hall or Yellowstone? I don't think the article is clear on those things.
